1. Responsible for international business procurement categories ( at least one of the following categories: Mkt, Admin, IT, Labor, Procurement policy/process/quality mgt; experience in multiple categories is preferred ) sourcing, negotiation, contracting and suppliers management 2. Implement category and sourcing strategy 3. Understand supply and demand market, category supply market, cost structure, research on project/categories basis 4. Maintain supplier database and make cost driver analysis, set up and renew cost model 5. Cooperate with cross functions to support innovative projects proceed 6. Have an insight into innovation and new supplier development to deliver expected saving on the basis of total supply chain cost, demand management as well 7. Design the appropriate business flow to support cross functions and cross countries, to mitigate the significant operation risk 【任职要求】 1. Bachelor or above 2. 8+ years related working experience of procurement management in multi-national country 3. Proficient English, cross-border procurement experience, and practical experiences in purchasing and delivery in non-China regions 4. Experiences in Technology / Ecom / TechFin / Banking / Fortune Global 500(Manufacturing industry) companies are preferred 5. Supplier qualification and negotiation skill 6. Working with automated procurement and sourcing to pay systems, and capable of design or upgrade the system 7. Good communication skills, self-motivated, proactive, ownership mindset 8. Practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities 9. Strong risk sense and judgement on designing the controls, solving the problems and dealing with emergency issues 10. Open-minded in learning and trying new techniques, algorithm and model to design the control system 11. Able to travel in PRC and cross regions/countries 12. Work location: first year base in Hangzhou, then can relocate to Shanghai. Overseas secondment opportunities are also available
