Ant Group-Business Compliance Officer-International BG

The position will be part of a growing and dynamic International Compliance team supporting Ant Group’s international business, in particular the provision of money lending and various financial services to customers worldwide. We are looking forward to a self-motivated, detail-oriented, team-spirited and adaptable compliance/regulatory professional who is able to take the initiative to work closely with various key business stakeholders internally, as well as externally with regulatory bodies or business partners, to provide solutions to support the achievement of business targets and objectives, while complying with and fulfilling regulatory obligations and expectations. The ideal candidate will be a confident individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, and one who is able to demonstrate the ability to effectively and proactively exercise good judgment and partner with the business in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities： ● Sit at the intersection of risk management and commercial innovation, working closely with the business teams and other risk function teams including but not limited to legal, compliance, AML and privacy, to provide solid regulatory analysis and strategic advice to management. ● Work with regional compliance colleagues on applications for various money lending and financing licenses for corporate/SME customers in key markets of the world. ● Serving as point of contact with key business stakeholders, while also work with internal and external teams in driving regulatory and risk analysis for new/revised business initiatives. 【任职要求】 ● Bachelor Degree in Legal, Accounting, Business or Finance; or equivalent work or legal experience. ● At least 5 years of relevant compliance, regulatory, legal related experience/exposure in work scope. ● Adequate regulatory/compliance/license advisory knowledge and skills, preferably with Industry knowledge of money lending and various financing services. ● Team player and ability to work independently, and genuinely Interested in the business of fintech innovation or business models. ● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ● Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin in business context.
