1. Provide legal support in relation to digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence (AI), software as a service (SaaS) and other cutting-edge technologies, including product development, operations, and global commercialization； 2. Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, offer solutions from legal perspective, draft and review product agreements and other legal documents, as well as participate in negotiations； 3. Collaborate with internal key-stakeholders and support global transactions for deployment of various lines of technology products； 4. Conduct theoretical and practical research on emerging legal issues related to innovative technologies, such as digitalization, AI and SaaS products； 5. Work with internal functions to develop and improve internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and facilitate effective project process advancement. 【任职要求】 1. Qualified to practice law in a common law jurisdiction with at least 6 years of experience, including at a leading international law firm and in-house experience； 2. Past work experience as in-house counsel at leading AI/software/tech companies companies will be preferred； 3. Team player with a can-do attitude and good communication skills； 4. Demonstrated ability to work independently in fast-paced environment and provide pragmatic and considered advice under tight deadline； 5. Curiosity for knowledge in and understanding of innovative technologies； 6. Ability to manage the balance between risk and business objectives.
