1. 信贷资产开发：负责对接境外资产发行方，建立并维护资产方资源网络，持续拓展资产来源渠道，完成境外信贷类资产的挖掘、筛选与获取； 2. 产品设计：参与信贷投资产品设计，涉及底层结构、增信措施、资产配置、期限流动性及对客定价等，既满足资产方的融资需要，又对客提供有竞争力的产品； 3. 商务谈判与项目推进：主导资产获取的商务谈判，设计合作架构与利益分配机制；协调内外部资源，推动资产引入项目落地；配合风控、合规团队完成资产尽调与准入审批； 4. 市场研究：跟踪信贷市场利率走势、监管政策变化；研究竞品 RWA 产品结构与投资策略；挖掘潜在资产机会，为投资方向提供市场洞察。 1. Credit Asset Sourcing & Development：Responsible for connecting with overseas asset issuers, establishing and maintaining asset provider networks, and continuously expanding funding sources；Complete the identification, screening, and acquisition of overseas credit assets; 2. Product Design：Participate in credit investment product design, including underlying structure, credit enhancement measures, asset allocation, tenor/liquidity management, and customer pricing；Balance asset providers' financing needs with delivering competitive products to investors; 3. Business Negotiation & Project Execution：Lead business negotiations for asset acquisition and design cooperation structures and profit-sharing mechanisms；Coordinate internal and external resources to drive asset onboarding projects to completion；Collaborate with risk management and compliance teams to complete asset due diligence and approval processes; 4. Market Research：Track credit market interest rate trends and regulatory policy changes；Research competitor RWA product structures and investment strategies；Identify potential asset opportunities and provide market insights for investment direction. 【任职要求】 1. 本科及以上学历，金融、经济、数学、工程等相关专业； 2. 3年及以上互联网信贷领域或金融科技公司工作经验；熟悉信贷类资产（消费贷、经营贷、供应链金融等）的底层逻辑与风险特征；具备境内外资产发行方资源，有成功案例者优先； 3. 优秀的中英文商务谈判、沟通协调及项目推进能力，具备良好的抗压能力和团队合作精神；有Web3从业及项目经验者优先。 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields; 2. 3+ years of work experience in internet credit or fintech companies；Familiar with the underlying logic and risk characteristics of credit assets (consumer loans, business loans, supply chain finance, etc.)；Candidates with domestic/overseas asset issuer networks and proven track records are preferred; 3. Excellent business negotiation, communication, and project management skills；Strong resilience under pressure and team collaboration abilities；Candidates with Web3 industry or project experience are preferred.
