We are seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic, and highly execution-driven Business Development Manager. In this role, you will lead the breakthrough of new industries or vertical sectors from "0 to 1," deeply integrating AlipayHK’s payment and digital ecosystem solutions into target markets. You must possess exceptional business model design capabilities, advanced industry negotiation skills, and ecosystem-building expertise to drive exponential business growth in a dynamic, high-intensity environment. Key Responsibilities ‒ "0 to 1" Industry Breakthrough: Conduct deep research to identify untapped or high-potential blue-ocean industries; formulate clear Go-to-Market strategies; spearhead and achieve milestones for AlipayHK integration within target verticals from the ground up. ‒ Business Model Innovation & Solution Selling: Based on profound insights into industry pain points, prioritize and synthesize AlipayHK’s payment, marketing, mini-program, and technical capabilities into competitive "industry solutions"; design sustainable business models and monetization pathways to execute value-based selling to industry leaders and key accounts. ‒ End-to-End Commercial Negotiation: Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations with industry leaders, government entities, or ecossystem partners; finalize commercial terms, partnership frameworks, and revenue/profit models to ensure high-quality project implementation. ‒ Ecosystem Construction & Cultivation: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders (including Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), industry platforms, and acquirers) to build a mutually beneficial industry ecosystem matrix and amplify AlipayHK’s network effects. ‒ Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Ownership: Act as the end-to-end industry project owner, effectively mobilizing cross-functional teams including Product, Tech, Compliance, Legal, and Marketing to ensure innovative industry solutions break through conventional boundaries and go to market rapidly and compliantly. 【任职要求】 ‒ Experience & Qualifications: Possess 8+ years of solid experience in Business Development (BD) or Industry Solution Architecture. ‒ Core Competencies: Demonstrate strong business acumen and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of successfully driving new businesses, products, or models from "0 to 1" to commercial success. ‒ Knowledge Base: Highly familiar with internet ecosystems, digital transformation, or SaaS solution selling; possess a deep understanding of the payment industry, digital wallets, and O2O marketing. ‒ Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working within internet payments, Financial Technology (Fintech), or leading global tech companies is highly preferred. ‒ Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills with complete fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English; capable of delivering seamless business proposals to multinational executive management or local enterprise clients. ‒ Resilience & Cultural Fit: Possess high emotional resilience and strong self-motivation; capability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-intensity internet work environment, viewing complex challenges as growth opportunities.
