Ant International-Business Development Manager / Associate Director (Retail Loan)-Ant Bank

• Formulate business strategy and develop innovative business propositions and digital solutions for retail customers, with a particular focus on personal lending, residential mortgages, and personal credit. • Responsible for retail lending business implementation and driving end-to-end digital business solutions closely with the Product team, IT team, and Risk team. • Collaborate with the Ant International ecosystem, fintech platforms, mortgage brokers, and external market players for innovative business solutions generation and user acquisition. • Establish, manage, and optimize digital partnership channels to enhance online loan application volumes and portfolio growth. 【任职要求】 • Minimum 8 years of work experience in retail banking, personal lending, or credit cards. • Relevant experience in fintech, virtual banking, or digital banking is a preferred asset. • Good at project management, critical thinking, cross-functional communication, and seamless execution. • Strong interest in internet finance and fintech innovations, with an entrepreneurial mentality. • Strong proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
