We are seeking a professional in regulatory reporting to be responsible for the design and implementation of the global regulatory reporting system, the automation of regulatory report generation, and to ensure that the company's regulatory submissions are compliant, accurate and timely. 1. Regulatory Analysis: Track regulations, assess business impact, liaise with regulators, interpret reporting requirements. 2. Automation & System Development: Analyze data requirements for regulatory reports; define systematic business requirements based on products and global regulations. 3. Operations Management: Ensure timely report submission, enhance platform capabilities. 4. Quality Control: Build reporting quality monitoring mechanisms. 负责全球监管报表体系的设计与实施，监管报表产出自动化，确保公司在各管辖区的监管报送合规、准确、及时： 1. 监管需求分析，包括监管法规跟踪、结合公司业务进行影响评估、监管沟通、报表解读。 2. 报表自动化与系统建设，包括分析具体监管报表的数据产出需求，以及考虑业务产品和全球监管提炼体系化的业务需求。 3. 报表运营管理，包括负责和监督监管报表的及时报送，以及推动运营平台能力的提升。 4. 建设报表质量监控机制。 【任职要求】 1. Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Finance/Accounting/Economics or related fields 2. Experience: 7+ years in financial services/payment industry with regulatory operations experience; regulatory system development experience preferred 3. Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills 4.
