Key Responsibilities 主要职责 Responsible for the on-site implementation, deployment debugging, functional optimization, and user training of the WMS and WCS system to ensure stable go-live and efficient operation. 负责 WMS、WCS 系统的现场实施、部署调试、功能优化及用户培训工作，确保系统稳定上线与高效运行。 Participate in WMS and WCS system requirement research and solution design; perform core module development, coding, and unit testing based on the Java technology stack. 参与 WMS、WCS 系统需求调研、方案设计，基于 Java 技术栈进行核心模块开发、代码编写与单元测试。 Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults during system implementation and operation, provide on-site technical support, and ensure on-time project delivery. 排查解决系统实施及运行过程中的技术故障，提供现场技术支持，保障项目按时交付。 Write implementation documents, operation manuals, and troubleshooting guides; accumulate and document project technical experience. 编写实施文档、操作手册、故障处理手册等，沉淀项目技术经验。 Liaise with clients and internal R&D teams, synchronize requirement changes and technical issues, and drive solution optimization and iteration. 对接客户与内部研发团队，同步需求变更与技术问题，推动方案优化迭代。 Act as a technical bridge, coordinating with electrical control and mechanical teams as well as the software development team to ensure efficient integration and collaborative operation between the electrical control system and the software scheduling platform. 作为技术桥梁，协同电控、机械团队与软件开发团队，确保电控系统与软件调度平台的高效集成与协同运作。 Participate in the application and optimization of logistics scheduling algorithms to improve warehouse operational efficiency. 参与物流调度算法的应用与优化，提升仓储运作效率。 【任职要求】 Job Requirements 任职要求 Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Automation, or related fields. 本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、信息工程、物流工程、自动化等相关专业。 2+ years of Java development experience; proficient in mainstream frameworks such as SpringBoot, SpringMVC, and MyBatis; familiar with MySQL database operations. 2 年以上 Java 开发经验，熟练掌握 SpringBoot、SpringMVC、MyBatis 等主流框架，熟悉 MySQL 等数据库操作。 Experience in WCS system or warehouse logistics automation project implementation is preferred; knowledge of linkage logic for AGVs, stacker cranes, conveyors, and other equipment is a plus. 具备 WCS 系统或仓储物流自动化相关项目实施经验，了解 AGV、堆垛机、输送机等物流设备的联动逻辑优先。 Familiar with basic Linux system operations; capable of rapid on-site problem identification and resolution; able to independently complete system deployment and debugging. 熟悉 Linux 系统基础操作，具备现场问题快速定位与解决能力，能独立完成系统部署调试。 Deep understanding of the basic principles and core business processes of warehousing and logistics; familiar with the basic functions, architecture, and interaction logic of WMS and WCS. 深入理解仓储物流的基本原理和核心业务流程，熟悉 WMS 和 WCS 的基本功能、架构和交互逻辑。 Understand the basic composition and working principles of industrial electrical control systems; familiar with communication and control methods for common equipment such as PLCs, sensors, and motor drives. 了解工业电控系统的基本构成和工作原理，熟悉 PLC、传感器、电机驱动等常见设备的通信与控制方式。 Possess certain software development or scripting programming skills; able to perform simple data queries, interface testing, and logic verification. 具备一定的软件开发或脚本编程能力，能进行简单的数据查询、接口测试和逻辑验证。 Willing to travel for short/middle periods; adaptable to on-site work rhythm with strong stress resistance. 接受中短期出差，适应项目现场工作节奏，抗压能力强。 Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, team-oriented, and able to respond quickly to client needs. 沟通协调能力良好，责任心强，有团队协作意识，能快速响应客户需求。
