1.数据分析工具优化：collaborate with IT/Data science team to continuously optimize the data analytical toolings from Fab engineering needs; 2.数据分析团队建设：Establish a team of data analysis expertise to support fab issue and assist engineering towards final root cause and solutions; 3.数据分析技能与文化推广：Promote the culture of data analytical thinking, data analysis skills to all engineers in fab. 【任职要求】 1.教育背景与专业知识：Graduated from Engineering Major with Bachelor or above degree; 2.行业与专业经验：5-10 years' experience of semiconductor industry; 3.其他要求：Strong capability in data analysis skills, technical and engineering thinking towards root cause; Strong management, communication, collaboration, driving skills; Open minded and willingness on new learnings.
