1.Lead and control key litho metrology related technical project progress and meet PI/modules’ demands； 2.Lead team-experts to study more useful and better CoO tool model or tool type to make litho metrology measurement more efficiency； 3.Take ownership to maximize production line capacity on Litho MET related portions； 4.Oversee recruits training program and progress； 5.Align with stakeholders about litho metrology related measurement to adjust sampling scenario more effectively. 【任职要求】 1.Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in Material, Chemical Engineering, Electric Engineering, or Physics; 2.With semiconductor experiences > 10 years,Litho metrology related background,With semiconductor FAB management experiences > = 3 years; 3.Familiar with variety of metrology tools, like THK, MPG, OCD, AFM, PWG,XRF, XRR, XPS, TXRF, ThermaWave, RS...; 4.Familiar with Metrology tool's data delivering mechanism; 5.Familiar with DRAM related concepts6. Familar with MSA and quality control methodology.
