1.Lead the Etch engineering team to improve product quality and production efficiency in the Etch area; 2.Communicated and coordinated R&D and mass production to maximize the company's technology application and cost advantage; 3.Manage the evaluation and implementation of Etch processes/equipments; 4.New technology reception, process improvement and mass production of the Etch process; 5.Establish core team & cultivate key position talents of Etch department. 【任职要求】 1.Bachelor & Above, >10years experience; 2.Rich experience in semiconductor Etch industry, and relevant team management experience is required; 3.Excellent efficiency/productivity enhancement and technical/team leadership; 4.Excellent problem analysis and solving skills; 5.Excellent cross- functional communication and team working ability; 6.Demonstrate excellent risk awareness, understanding and avoidance skills on key decisions; 7.Multi-project management ability, goal-driven, result-oriented.
