Inline monitoring skill enhancement for Quality improve and yield loss reduction； 3.Strategic Planning：Propose strategize equipment layout to meet A1 Fab Expansion goal. 【任职要求】 1.教育背景与专业知识：Graduated from Engineering Major with Bachelor or above degree； 2.行业与专业经验：5 years' and above experience of semiconductor industry； 3.其他要求：Has the deep understanding the semiconductor manufacturing operations across various departments and working levels；Strong communication, collaboration, driving skills and commitments towards final success；Open minded and willingness on new learnings.
