Retail Operation Manager(J39077)

Responsibilities: Responsible for retail strategy planning, implementation, and management across Western Europe, including policy and retail mapping, standardization execution, site planning and construction, operational management, process KPI tracking, and visual merchandising quality control; Oversee retail operations within the region, including Field Force (FF) team management, store/site operations, and budget control; Manage regional retail resources, including promoters, demo units, display models, POS materials, and retail furniture; Accountable for achieving regional Sales Objective (SO) KPIs and driving sales performance across all retail channels; Lead the execution and acceptance of key retail projects. 【任职要求】 3+ years of experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar role; Strong understanding of the retail industry and brand operations, with proven project management skills; Excellent cross-functional communication, coordination, and execution abilities; Able to use English as a working language.
