1. Responsible for pixel cell design including parasitic extraction and debugging 2. Develop pixel test plans and improve pixel layout and process 3. Write project specifications and corresponding design documents 4. Other duties as assigned 【任职要求】 1. Understanding of semiconductor device theory 2. Understanding of image sensor operating principles, analog circuits, and layout fundamentals 3. Knowledge of semiconductor processes and TCAD device simulation 4.
