CAD Engineer(J11651)

1.Develop and maintain analog/mixed-signal design flow 2.Provide technical support to analog design and layout teams 3.Tool evaluation & upgrade, interfacing EDA vendor for modern analog/mixed-signal design methodology 4.CAD related documentation 5.other task assigned by manager 【任职要求】 1. BSEE with 5+ (or MSEE with 3+) years working experiences; 2. Experience in full-custom layout design or drc/lvs/rcx rulefile development; 3. Practical skill with Virtuoso/Laker, Calibre/Assura, Star-RCXT/QRC. Good at drc/lvs/rcx debug. Proficient at Spectre/Hspice/afs, ADE, Liberate, SOS or other revision control tool for analog; 4. Knowledge of PDK development is a plus; 5. Deep understanding of analog/mixed-signal design flow, basic knowledge of STD/IO library; 6. Good programming skill with at least one language (eg, shell, perl, skill, tcl ) in linux and a strong desire to automate flow; 7. Self-motivated to drive for excellence. Must be a team player, and be disciplined and well organized; 8. Excellent communication skills, and be able to work under schedule pressure; 9. Good written and spoken English.
