1.Reviewing the function feasibility of customer's design with sales and AE, ensuring that the customer can get reasonable design solution based on our suggestions. 2.Providing configuration or FW and checking HW design for customers, ensuring that HW, setting and function have no any problem after our checked. 3.Helping customer to bring up camera and fix function issues, efficiently solving problem after working with AE and Sales team. 4.Tuning image quality based on customer's requirements, ensuring IQ performance meets customer's requirements based on real condition. 5.Working with the Marketing/Sales team to promote new products and collect valuable market information from customer engineers while providing priority support. 6.Travel is sometimes required to visit customers when necessary. 【任职要求】 Bachelor degree or above; 3 to 5 years experience related to COMS sensor support;ISP tuning knowledge and experience is plus for this position.
