Focus on PAD design, and associated ESD design, mainly in CIS, as well as some non-CIS projects 1. PAD design support in production chip 2. advanced PAD design support, e.g. for Finfet PAD, and high-voltage PAD 3. support ESD check for production chip 【任职要求】 1. proficient in PAD circuit and layout design; 2. deep comprehension on ESD design basic and hands-on skill 3. self-driven, motiviated, good communication and team work
