Digital Design Manager(J11339)

1. Design and develop digital circuits for smartphone TDDI, ensuring designs meet strict requirements for function, cost, and schedule. 2. Collect and define specifications, perform RTL coding, simulation, and functional verification. 3. Collaborate with analog and backend teams to achieve successful chip integration and tape-out. 4. Coordinate the CP test and chip verification and wafer-out. 5. Manage the digital design team. 6. Work with industry-standard tools and flows: Verilog, SystemVerilog, Perl/Python, DC/Genus, PTPX, Lint, CDC, STA, etc. 【任职要求】 1. Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. 2. 10+ years of experience in digital IC design, including specification, architecture, and RTL development. 3. 3+ years of project management experience. 4. Solid experience in RTL design, digital circuit planning, and specification writing. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
