TCAD Engineer(J11606)

- Develop advanced CMOS image sensor technologies through detailed process and device modeling and simulation using advanced TCAD tools. - Work with pixel design group to design the most advanced and optimized pixel layout. - Collaborate with process integration team to establish process conditions and experiment splits. - Work with characterization team to analyze and debug pixel device circuit and various image related issues. - Benchmark Simulation results with Silicon data. If mismatch, investigate the source and propose solution to fix. - Collaborate with other PI TCAD groups in the different locations; share lesson-learnt and develop new methodologies and tools for accuracy and efficiency improvement. 【任职要求】 - (For experienced) Minimum of three years' experience in Si based device technology (CMOS, CIS, etc), including developing advanced processes; CIS process or/and TCAD experience is a plus (but not a requirement) - MS in Electrical Engineering, Physics, related field. PhD is a plus
