Product Engineer/Sr.(J11431)

1.Plan and schedule product characterization and test activities; collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to resolve technical issues and ensure mass production (MP) readiness. 2.Lead product characterization efforts; participate in datasheet definition and coordinate outgoing quality control (OQC) data publishing. 3.Manage ramp-up for image sensor or ASIC products; take ownership of product release meetings and deliverables. 4.Collaborate with foundry team to drive improvements, including silicon process, color tuning, and packaging quality. 5.Perform defect analysis and lead corrective action initiatives to improve yield and product reliability. 6.Work closely with test engineers to develop, validate, and release wafer-level and final test programs. 7.Support customer returns (CCN) analysis, debug issues, and provide timely feedback. 8.Perform other tasks as assigned by the team or management. 【任职要求】 1.2+ years of experience in product engineering; experience in the semiconductor or automotive industry is preferred. 2.Strong communication skills, fluent in English (spoken and written), with good organizational ability. 3.Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
