"Primary (70%): 1. Keep the process stability and Cpk 2. Improve capacity and yield 3. Release process and equipment for production capacity 4. Cost down 5. Abnormal handling and analysis Secondary (30%): 1. Evaluate new technology to mass production 2. Create and update process flow and SOP" 【任职要求】 1. Familiar with ASML or Canon tools , proficient in exposure recipe, can setup exposure recipe independently, undertand the function of every recipe setting 2. Familiar with exposure tools, can analysis log and fix problem from log information 3. Can cooperate with R&D, complete advanced process development 4. Can resolve various abnormal cases independently 5. Good problem solving skills, communication ability, team spirit, active learning attitude and is adequate in English.
