System Application Engineer-(High-Side Switch / Motor Driver)

1. Perform chip‑level verification, including test specification definition, characteristics & bench testing, result feedback, and assist the design team in debug. 负责芯片级验证，包括测试规格制定、芯片特性与功能测试、测试结果反馈，并协助设计团队进行问题定位与纠错。 2. Perform system‑level verification, including EVB (evaluation board) development, application scenario testing, result feedback, and solution implementation. 负责系统级验证，包括评估板（EVB）制作、应用场景测试、结果反馈及解决方案实施。 3. Coordinate across product front‑end and back‑end teams (R&D, marketing, FAE, etc.). 参与产品全流程协同，衔接研发、市场及现场应用工程师（FAE）等各环节。 4. Provide market technical support for products, covering pre‑sales and post‑sales stages. 提供产品相关的市场技术支持，涵盖售前与售后阶段。 5. Conduct technical research, including competitive product evaluation and detailed market requirement analysis. 开展产品技术调研，包括竞品特性评估及市场需求细化分析。 【任职要求】 1. Bachelor's degree or above in a science or engineering discipline, with 3+ years of relevant work experience. Familiarity with automotive motor drivers or high‑side switches is preferred. 理工科专业本科及以上学历，具备3年以上相关工作经验，熟悉车载马达驱动或高边开关应用者优先。 2. Strong hands‑on ability with 3+ years of laboratory testing experience. 具备扎实的动手能力，拥有3年以上实验室测试经验。 3. Good understanding of analog and digital circuits, with strong logical thinking skills. 熟悉模拟电路与数字电路，逻辑思维能力强。 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with experience in generating technical documents such as datasheets. 熟练掌握Office办公软件，具备技术规格书等文档撰写经验。 5. Familiar with PCB design EDA tools (e.g., Altium Designer / PADS). Proficiency in such tools is preferred. 熟悉PCB设计EDA工具（如Altium Designer / PADS），熟练掌握软件调试者优先。 6. Strong English reading and writing skills, and a good team player. 具备较强的英语读写能力，具有良好的团队协作精神。
