MKT Specialist

1. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth across Anker's channel platforms. 2. Support the planning and implementation of digital campaigns, promocons, and content strategies to boost sales and improve customer experience 3. Utilise data and insights to help optimise performance marketing activities across paid, owned, and earned media. 4. Work with cross-functional teams, including Brand and Go-To-Market(GTM), to deliver engaging consumer experiences. 5. Assist in managing marketing budgets, tracking KPIs, and analysing campaign effectiveness to ensure ROI. 6. Research market trends, competitor activities, and new digital mariketing strategies to support innovation 【任职要求】 1. 24-25届毕业生，本科及以上学历，专业不限 2. Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, cor a related field. 3. Proficient in English as a working language; knowledge ofadditional languages is a plus. 4. Strong interest in DTC, e-commerce, and digital marketing, especiaally in consumer technology or electronics 5. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data andd support marketing decision-making. 6. Good communication, collaboration, and problem-solvingabilities
