Delivery Engineer（Hong Kong）

On-site System Operations & Technical Support: Station at client sites (e.g., government agencies or enterprise clients) to handle daily operation monitoring, routine maintenance, and technical support for SenseTime AI systems/platforms. Troubleshooting & Incident Response: Provide immediate response and troubleshooting for system faults, performance anomalies, or sudden incidents; conduct initial triage and coordinate with back-office technical teams for rapid resolution. Deployment & Testing: Assist project teams with on-site hardware installation, software version upgrades, API integration debugging, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Client Training & Communication: Deliver user training on system operations and maintenance to client teams, collect on-site feedback, and report regularly to the Project Manager. Operations Documentation: Log and maintain accurate on-site maintenance journals, fault analysis reports, and standard operating procedures (SOPs). 【任职要求】 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in IT on-site support, system integration, or network/server maintenance. Prior experience with AI, surveillance, or smart city project deployments is a strong plus. Technical Skills: Proficient in Linux system operations and command-line interfaces; basic scripting ability in Shell or Python is preferred. Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VLAN, firewall configurations, and API integrations). Familiarity with containerization concepts (Docker / Kubernetes) or cloud platforms is advantageous. Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, excellent customer service orientation, and ability to work independently under high-pressure, client-facing environments. Languages: Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with functional reading and writing skills in English.
