Pre sales Process Leadership & Opportunity Conversion - Engage early in the sales cycle, joining sales teams in high level client meetings to deeply explore and understand client business objectives and challenges. - Lead technical presentations, solution design, and blueprint development for complex projects, clearly articulating the technical advantages, business value, and implementation roadmap. - Take ownership of the overall technical solution design, writing, and review for key bid projects, ensuring proposals are innovative, feasible, and commercially competitive. - Lead or oversee the design and execution of Proofs of Concept (PoCs), ensuring they effectively validate solution value and advance purchase decisions. Solution Design & Innovation - Develop standardized industry solutions for key verticals based on company products and technologies. - Continuously track market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, providing frontline insights and recommendations for product planning and market strategy. - Translate client requirements into clear product feature needs and collaborate with product management and R&D teams to influence and optimize the product roadmap. Client Collaboration & Internal Coordination - Establish and maintain a credible, trusted technical expert reputation with clients, managing relationships with key technical decision makers. - Ensure seamless and accurate handover of pre sales solutions to the delivery team, laying a solid foundation for successful project implementation. - Collaborate with sales leads to jointly achieve solution related quarterly and annual sales targets. 【任职要求】 Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related STEM field. - 3–5 years of pre sales experience in B2B enterprise software, cloud services, or solutions. Proven experience managing the full pre sales cycle for complex projects. Technical Breadth & Depth - Deep knowledge and practical solution design experience in at least one of the following domains: Artificial Intelligence, LLM, Big Data. - Ability to comprehend and communicate key technical concepts such as API integration, data flow, and system architecture. Core Competencies - Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Able to conduct strategic discussions with C level executives and hold in depth technical conversations with engineers. - Strong Solution Design & Proposal Writing Skills: Structured thinker capable of producing logical, value driven technical proposals and statements of work. - Analytical & Problem Solving Abilities: Skilled at distilling core needs from complex scenarios and designing innovative solutions. - Team Collaboration & Influence: Ability to drive cross functional collaboration and achieve goals without direct reporting authority. - Business Acumen: Understands basic business and financial models; can translate technical features into quantifiable business value for clients. Language Requirements - Fluency in Cantonese, Putonghua, and English is mandatory Education & Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, System Administration, or technical project delivery role. - Proven experience in deploying and supporting enterprise-level applications. Technical Skills (Required) - Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix administration and shell scripting (Bash). - Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Go, or similar). - Practical experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). - Understanding of networking fundamentals, security principles, and monitoring concepts.
