1、与团队协作，设计并实施现代化的语言质量框架及AI增强型工作流程，推动质量管理从被动检测向主动式、数据驱动、可扩展的系统转型； 2、设计、试点并推广基于AI的质检工具与流程（包括质量仪表盘、自动评分、质量预估及上游检查机制），提升本地化运营的效率、透明度与决策能力； 3、开发并持续优化语言资源、写作风格指南（强调自然表达）以及供应商赋能项目，帮助团队适应与AI协同工作的模式，实现规模化、具文化共鸣的高质量输出； 4、维护质量指标、报告系统和绩效评估框架，清晰呈现AI引擎表现、供应商绩效及整体流程健康状况，支持持续优化与OKR追踪； 5、跨职能协作，将上游质量保障与国际化实践融入产品开发流程，主动识别并推动本地化质量管理的创新与优化机会。 1.In collaboration with the whole team, architect and implement modern linguistic quality frameworks and AI-augmented workflows that shift quality management from reactive checking to proactive, Data-driven, and scalable systems; 2.Design, pilot, and scale AI-powered quality tools and processes(including dashboards, automated scoring, quality estimation, and upstream checks)to improve efficiency, visibility, and decision-making across localization operations; 3.Develop and evolve linguistic assets, style guides(with emphasis on natural writing),and vendor Enablement programs that prepare teams for AI-collaborative ways of working and drive consistent, culturally resonant quality at scale; 4.Support in maintaining quality metrics, reporting systems, and performance frameworks that provide clear insights into AI engine effectiveness, vendor performance, and overall process health to support continuous improvement and OKR tracking; 5.Partner Cross-functionally to embed upstream quality and internationalization practices into product development while proactively identifying and driving opportunities to innovate and optimize how localization quality is managed. 【任职要求】 1、本科及以上学历，语言学、翻译、本地化或相关专业优先； 2、在科技或产品类企业拥有本地化质量保证或语言质量相关工作经验优先； 3、熟悉语言质量评估框架，具备CAT/TMS/QA工具的实际操作经验； 4、具备AI驱动本地化工作流程的实践经验，例如评估机器翻译或大语言模型生成内容，或参与机器翻译译后编辑（MTPE）流程；能够运用数据与指标分析质量趋势，并推动流程改进； 5、具备出色的跨团队沟通与利益相关者管理能力； 6、具备流利的英语口语沟通及书面表达能力，注重语言细节，积极主动，具备流程导向思维和持续改进意识。 加分项： 1、精通一门除英语外的语言（如日语）； 2、有实际参与构建质量看板、定制化指标、AI语言质量评估工具或自动化质检流程的经验。 1.Bachelor's degree, preferably in linguistics, translation, localization, or a related field; 2.2+years of hands-on experience in localization quality assurance or linguistic quality roles within a tech or product environment; 3.Practical experience with linguistic quality frameworks and CAT/TMS/QA tools; 4.Solid knowledge and hands-on experience in AI-powered localization workflows, such as evaluating machine translation or LLM-generated content, or participating in MTPE processes;(REQUIRED);demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to analyze quality trends and support process improvements; 5.Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder management skills; 6.Excellent command of spoken and written English, with high attention to detail; proactive, process-oriented team player with a continuous improvement mindset. Preferred qualifications 1.Native level of proficiency in an additional language relevant to key markets, for example,Japanese; 2.Hands-on experience building or contributing to quality dashboards, custom metrics,AI-enhanced LQA tools, or automated quality workflows.
