Lead CMF Design, NIO

Responsibilities - Develop innovative and production-ready CMF concepts from ideation to implementation. - Lead CMF workstreams within assigned projects, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and engineering feasibility. - Define color, material, and finish proposals with clear design intent and storytelling. - Collaborate with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and suppliers to deliver high-quality CMF solutions. - Support the CMF Manager on project direction and contribute to trend and material research. - Mentor junior designers and contribute to team development. - Align with global CMF teams to ensure consistency across programs. 【任职要求】 Qualifications & Experience - Degree in Transportation, Industrial, or Textile Design (or related field). - 6–10 years of CMF experience, preferably in automotive. - Strong portfolio demonstrating CMF from concept to production. - Solid knowledge of materials, processes, and feasibility. - Experience leading project-level CMF development. - Good communication skills and fluent English. - Proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
