1、Define the logistics planning for every part (PFEP) based on the parts classification and packaging information. 根据零件分类和包装特点，完成对每点零件的物流规划和PFEP表 2、Supporting components information flow design and logistics system implementation 支持零件信息流设计和信息系统的实施 3、Make warehouse/space, equipment, manpower and process planning according to storage and line feeding strategy 根据存储策略和配送策略进行场地，设备，人员及流程的规划设计 4、Design line side material display concept including line feeding, kitting, material call off cycle/route and so on. 设计线边物料布局方案包括物料配送及存储，配送上线，叫件循环及路径等 5、Cooperate with manufacturing department, supporting the layout expansion, equipment purchasing to reduce the logistics interface 与制造部门合作，支持工艺布局优化和调整，生产设备采购，避免工艺与物流的后期干涉 6、Responsible for the logistics equipment and container purchasing, including Technical specification preparation, bidding process following and technical solution evaluation. 负责工厂物流设备和器具的采购工作,包括技术要求准备，跟踪评标过程，技术评审等工作 7、Lead the activities of logistics optimization and improvement with the support from other cross function section to reduce the logistics cost 负责协调相关部门资源，开展物流领域的物流优化和改善，降低物流成本 8、Be responsible for mid-long term area requirement in plant and area change caused by new project introduction and manufacturing process changing 负责工厂物流面积中长期需求分析及由于新项目引入或制造工艺变更等可能造成物流面积变化的影响分析 9、Support daily logistic production and related CIP 支持日常物流生产和相关改进 10、Feasibility study for logistics new technology introduction and institution and promotion for implementation scenario. 物流新技术的引入可行性分析及实施方案的制定及推广 11、Construction, promotion, and optimization of indicators such as personnel efficiency, resource utilization rate, and logistics CPV. 人员效率、资源利用率、物流CPV等指标的建设、推广、优化 12、Research on intelligent logistics and intelligent warehouse planning, optimizing warehouse function layout, and improving efficiency. 智能物流、智能仓库规划研究，进行仓库功能布局优化，效率提升 【任职要求】 学历要求： 1、Bachelor degree (and above) in logistics management/engineering, automobile engineering, IE, mechanism related filed 本科及以上学历，物流管理/物流工程、汽车工程、工业工程、机械制造等理工科相关专业； Working Experience Requirements: 工作经验要求： 1、Familiar with automobile manufacturing process and lean logistics/WCM theory. Work experience in the logistics operation is a plus. 对汽车生产工艺流程流程较熟悉，熟悉精益物流或WCM理论，具有丰富的现场物流操作管理经验优先考虑； 2、Can use Auto CAD and office skills 能使用AutoCAD，较为熟练的Office软件应用能力和数据库操作技能； 3、5 years working experience at least 5年以上相关工作经验。 4、具备PFEP/LES(DC-LOC-线边)系统数据维护经验 5、具备信息流拉动系统框架规划经验(LES/MOP/MES/PLC/RCS/WMS/WCS等物流关联系统) 6、具备实物流收发存流程规划(自动化与非自动化设备器具选型、数量计算及制作工艺要求) 7、具备自动化物流项目管理实施经验(FAT/到货验收/SAT/质保验收及变更管理) 8、具备自动化物流设备(AGV/ASRS等)运维管理经验,能够支持现场物流设备技师异常分析与跟踪处理 Capability Requirements: 能力要求： 1、Good communication, coordination and organization skills 良好的沟通，协调和组织能力 2、Capacity to make clear report and assessment; 能够做出清晰的报告和评估 3、Team cooperation leadership 有团队协作的精神 4、Ability to adapt and learn quickly; 能够快速适应和学习 5、Highly motivated and with challenge spirit; 积极性高，有挑战精神 6、具备业务层面、设备层面、系统层面以及上线流、返空流、特殊场景处理的FEMA分析能力
