Responsibilities: 职责：  Responsible for end-to-end project management of Battery Pack & E-Drive SOP, including timeline，budget and cost control, project labor hour management, exception handling, and cross-functional coordination. 负责电池包及电驱（EDS）开阀（SOP）项目的全流程管理，包括项目时间节点，预算及成本管控、项目人员工时管理、异常处理与跨部门协调。  Establish and continuously enhance logistics-related processes, standards, and deliverables for Battery Pack & E-Drive project management, to ensure smooth business operations throughout the pre-series phase (e.g., prototype, pilot, and ramp-up). 建立并持续优化电池包及电驱项目管理相关的物流流程、标准及交付物，确保在项目试制/预批量阶段（如原型样件、小批量试产、产能爬坡）业务的平稳运行。  Drive business units to optimize inbound logistics models and achieve sustainable logistics cost reduction through strategic improvements in storage equipment, packaging, and transportation. 驱动业务部门优化入场物流模式，通过仓储设备、包装及运输的战略性改进，实现物流成本的持续降低。  Coordinate pilot production scheduling and material requirements, drive the release of part orders, supervise and manage part breakpoint execution & internal material flow in the plant. 协调试制生产排产及物料需求，推动发布零件采购订单，监督管理零件断点执行 & 零件在厂内的物料流转。  Ensure logistics project to operate highly efficiently. 确保整个物流新车型项目高效运行  Other task assigned by management; 其他管理层安排的任务; 【任职要求】 Academy Requirements: 学历要求：  Logistics Engineering/Logistics Management/IE bachelor or higher degree; 物流工程、物流管理、工业工程等相关专业本科学位及以上 Working Experience Requirements: 工作经验要求：  At least 8 years automotive logistics experience; 至少8年的汽车行业物流相关经验  5+ years in automotive/parts logistics, with at least 1 full SOP projects (e-mobility products preferred) 5年以上汽车/零部件物流经验，其中至少1个完整的开阀(SOP)项目经历（负责三电产品者优先）。  Familiar with automotive SOP processes and logistics deliverables per phase. 熟悉主机厂开阀流程及各阶段物流交付物 Capability Requirements: 能力要求：  Good communication, coordination and organization skills 良好的沟通，协调和组织能力  Well spoken and written communication skills in English; 良好的英语口语和写作表达能力  Strong capacity to manage project and time; 具备较强的项目管理和时间管理能力  Team cooperation spirit 有团队协作的精神  Excellent interpersonal skills, communication and negotiation skills; 出色的人际交往技能，以及沟通和谈判能力  Professional, Friendly, enthusiastic, mentor potential. 专业，友好，有热情，有做导师的潜力
