Sales-Warehouse & PDI Executive/Senior Executive

Warehouse Operations Management - Manage day-to-day vehicle warehouse operations, including inbound, storage, outbound, and space planning; - Monitor inventory accuracy and vehicle condition, organize regular stock counts to ensure data integrity; - Optimize warehouse layout and workflows to improve space utilization and operational efficiency. Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Management - Oversee PDI execution for all vehicles prior to dealer delivery, ensuring standardized checks are completed; - Develop and update PDI checklists and procedures to ensure consistent quality; - Track PDI progress and coordinate resolution of vehicle issues identified during inspection. Inventory Safety & Quality Management - Ensure warehouse safety compliance (fire prevention, security, damage prevention, etc.) in line with company and local regulations; - Monitor vehicle physical condition during storage, promptly identifying and addressing damage or abnormalities. Team & Process Management - Assist in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for warehouse and PDI operations and drive implementation; - Participate in training and daily management of warehouse and PDI teams. 【任职要求】 Qualifications - Diploma or above, preferably in Logistics Management, Warehouse Management, or related fields; - Minimum 2 years of experience in vehicle warehousing or PDI management; automotive industry experience is a plus; - Familiar with warehouse operations management processes and PDI standards; - Strong on-site management skills and a sense of responsibility; Office：XPeng Showroom HQ Glenmarie（General Agent-Bermaz’s office） 5, Jalan Pelukis U1/46, Kawasan Perindustrian Temasya, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor
