交付运营专员（Delivery Operations Specialist）-汽车

1、End-to-End Delivery Tracking: Assist in monitoring order status, tracking progress from production off-line, transportation dispatch, to final delivery/plant receipt in real-time, ensuring timely information updates. 2、Exception Coordination & Response: Collect and assist in handling delivery exceptions such as transportation delays, cargo damage, or shipment discrepancies. Coordinate with logistics carriers and on-site teams for immediate resolution. 3、Delivery Data Compilation: Assist in organizing daily/weekly delivery data, summarizing key metrics such as On-Time Delivery (OTD) rate and delivery cycle time, and preparing basic operational reports. 4、Cross-Department Communication: Serve as the delivery interface, coordinating with production planning, sales operations, warehousing & logistics, and terminal delivery centers to ensure seamless information flow. 【任职要求】 1、Education: 2026/2027 fresh graduate, Bachelor's degree or above. Preferred majors include Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration. 2、Core Skills: Proficient in Office software (especially Excel functions such as VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); familiarity with ERP/TMS system concepts preferred. 3、General Competencies: 1.Strong communication and coordination skills with a strong sense of service and responsibility 2.Ability to work under pressure and adapt to the fast-paced automotive industry 3.Clear logical thinking, data-sensitive, detail-oriented with strong execution capability
