1、Data Reporting & Analysis: Responsible for collecting, cleaning, and consolidating daily, weekly, and monthly operational data for the department. Assist in generating data visualization charts for decision-making reference. 2、Reconciliation & Expense Settlement: Assist in processing freight reconciliation with logistics carriers and third-party service providers, including invoice verification and reimbursement filing processes, ensuring accurate and transparent accounts. 3、System & Master Data Maintenance: Assist in maintaining basic master data for supply chain/delivery-related systems (ERP/TMS/WMS), ensuring system data accuracy. 4、Administrative & Process Support: Assist in organizing departmental SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) documents, track key project milestones, and provide daily administrative and logistical support. 【任职要求】 1、Education: 2026/2027 fresh graduate, Bachelor's degree or above. Preferred majors include Statistics, Data Analytics, Logistics Management, Financial Management, E-commerce, or related fields. 2、Core Skills: Proficient in Excel (familiar with Pivot Tables, common functions; VBA or Power BI/Tableau experience preferred). Good typing and document writing skills. 3、General Competencies: 1.Exceptional attention to detail and patience with a strong commitment to data accuracy 2.Excellent learning ability, able to quickly adapt to various supply chain software and internal systems 3.Strong team collaboration spirit with good problem-tracking and follow-through awareness
