1.Support the daily management of promoters, supervisors, and outsourced retail teams. Track sell-out performance, attendance, store coverage, and other key Field Force KPIs. 2.Coordinate promoter recruitment, onboarding, training, incentives, and performance evaluation. 3.Conduct regular store visits to check product display, POSM, demo devices, and promoter performance. 4.Support new product launches, retail campaigns, and frontline execution. Work closely with sales teams, retailers, distributors, and agencies to resolve operational issues. 5.Prepare regular Field Force reports and provide improvement recommendations. 【任职要求】 1.Bachelor’s degree or above. 2.English can be used as the working language.
