Plan, monitor, and improve the Regional Team pefformance: 1. Manage existing store & assets data, ensure store & assets condition tracked accurately in integrated database. Identify and improve the incorrect database for overall accuracy of store and asset data management. 2. Ensure all investment can generate positive sellout growth and give positive ROI for both dealers and company. Monitor all implementation and ensure 360' management well deployed 3. Implementation of standard RRM and MDS Role execution. KPI and performance monitoring related to Expansion, Visibility, and achievements to track progress and identify areas for improvement. 4.Coordinate with Mi retail specialist to finish the Retail region system configuration management 5. Implementation and mangement of retail mapping project.Ensure the integrity and authenticity of mapping data, and organize and output corresponding Data Analysis reports 【任职要求】 1、具备良好的运营规划的能力 2、熟练使用office软件，具备良好的数字分析能力及数字敏感度； 3、具有较强的学习能力和跨部门跨国家沟通能力，具有团队意识，善于交流； 4、结果导向，细节导向，拥有极强的韧性和多任务处理能力； 5、良好的英语，会中文优先考虑。
