1.与产品战略规划，通过市场反馈判断市场发展趋势，输出产品需求； 2.深刻理解线上线下渠道模型； 3.负责产品生命周期销售运营管理； 4.针对不同部门输出对应产品销售规划，包括新品规划，政策规划，渠道策略，销售节奏等；5.制定对应销售目标，平衡渠道诉求，管控市场秩序，维持市场平稳； 6.分析变化原因，生命周期规划，管控产品销售风险。 1.Strategic Product Planning Integration：Collaborate in product roadmap development by analyzing market feedback to identify emerging trends and formulate actionable product requirements. 2.Omnichannel Framework Expertise：Maintain comprehensive understanding of integrated online-offline distribution models and their operational mechanics. 3.Lifecycle Sales Operations Leadership：Manage full-cycle sales operation execution from product launch through end-of-life phases. 4.Departmental Sales Architecture Development：Design tailored commercialization blueprints covering new product introduction (NPI) strategies, compliance policies, channel allocation matrices, and sales velocity optimization. 5.Market Stewardship • Establish SMART sales objectives • Mediate channel partner expectations • Enforce channel discipline protocols • Monitor market health indicators 6.Predictive Risk Management：Conduct root-cause analysis of market variances, develop lifecycle contingency plans, and implement preventive sales risk governance measures.,1、负责产品海外市场操盘，参与产品规划立项、上市到退市整个产品生命周期管理； 2、制定产品上市的整体策略，包括市场洞察、竞争分析、渠道调研、价格制定、品牌营销、产品生命周期内销售政策的制定和调整，对产品经营结果负责； 3、商业项目过程管理，拉通产品研发、市场、销售、服务、交付，对产品在市场上的品牌塑造和商业成功负责，主动识别风险并解决问题； 4、跟进区域经营，协助指导地区部GTM方案的制定和落地，协调不同的职能部门，解决地区部的问题，满足地区部的需求。 【任职要求】 1.本科及以上学历； 2.认真目标感强，有耐力，较强的学习能力和自驱力； 3.具备能力、逻辑思维、系统性思维；擅长处理沟通协调工作，跨部门协作。 4、英语可作为工作語言。 1.Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification required. 2.Results-driven mindset with sustained perseverance, demonstrated learning agility, and intrinsic motivation for continuous improvement. 3.
