Product&Compliance Intern

Job Description Compliance Management & Certification Execution: Assist the team in the local compliance management of all Xiaomi products (including smartphones, wearables, smart home products, lifestyle products, smart TVs and big appliances). Assist in the product certification process (including TSE, BTK, KKDIK),follow-up routine processes. Assist in the compliance review of product-related documents (user manuals, regulatory documents, stickers, etc.) and packaging materials. Regulatory Research & Closed-loop Management: Assist in monitoring and collecting Turkish local product-related regulations and standards, and sort out materials related to regulatory interpretation, impact evaluation and product project implementation in a standardized manner. Change Assessment: Assist in evaluating the scope of compliance impact during the project ECN phase, and provide basic compliance support for business decision-making with team guidance. Database Development & Maintenance: Assist in building and continuously updating the local cross-category product compliance requirement database, and be responsible for daily data sorting, entry and maintenance. 【任职要求】 Qualifications & Requirements Have a basic understanding of product compliance and certification logic, and a strong learning willingness for Turkish local regulatory systems such as TSE, BTK and KKDIK. Possess basic abilities in information collection and document sorting, with the potential to learn and interpret regulatory standards quickly. Excellent English communication and coordination skills, with a strong sense of team cooperation; able to effectively match cross-departmental work and complete basic project execution.
