IT Intern

- Assist Product Managers in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders across Sales, Service, and Operations teams. - Participate in system analysis to understand workflows, data dependencies, and integration points. - Support in preparing functional specifications, user stories, and wireframes for IT systems. - Coordinate with technical development teams and QA teams to track progress and ensure timely delivery. - Perform UAT (User Acceptance Testing), track defects, and help with post-release validation. - Assist in creating process documentation, training materials, and release notes. - Conduct research and benchmarking to recommend improvements in existing systems or identify opportunities for new IT tools. - Support internal communication and coordination for system rollouts or updates. 【任职要求】 - Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Management. - Strong interest in Product Management and Enterprise IT Systems. - Good understanding of business processes in Sales, Service & Operations domains. - Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and documentation skills. - Proficiency in tools like Excel, Figma. - Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or data analytics will be an added advantage.
