Junior Commerce System Operation Engineer

- As E-Commerce system operational engineer, Provide day-to-day support to ensure smooth running of the e-Commerce and Post-sales business systems. - Investigate and diagnose relevant system problems and resolve it independently. - Coordinate engineers across different teams to offer solutions. - Create/track/close incidents or problem related to business systems using IT service management tools. - Summarize work and analyze operational data within a required period for the continual working improvement. - Establish knowledge database, maintain and update technical support documentation. 【任职要求】 - Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline. - Familiar with SQL, Basic coding skill is highly preferred. - As the trainee able to learn fast with high quality. - Active and keen learner who keeps up-to-date with industry trends. - Communicate with different teams to deal with IT problems. - Ability and desire to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
