Enterprise Operations Specialist-Germany

- Manage day-to-day operational topics for enterprise customers, leasing companies, corporate accounts and fleet customers. - Coordinate B2B delivery readiness across customer documents, leasing status, payment status, vehicle availability and handover requirements. - Act as the main operational contact for leasing companies and fleet customers across Sales, Delivery, Service, Finance and related workflows. - Resolve operational blockers and customer escalations related to delivery, leasing, payments, documentation, service coordination and after-sales topics. - Define, implement and improve processes for leasing companies, fleet customers and enterprise delivery operations. - Ensure external partners understand and follow Xiaomi’s operational processes, requirements, timelines and escalation paths. - Support final payment collection, billing readiness and revenue recognition by tracking open items and coordinating resolution with Finance and Sales. - Share relevant updates on delivery processes, product changes, service topics, pricing and operational requirements with business customers and partners. - Identify recurring issues and drive process improvements to increase speed, transparency and customer satisfaction. 【任职要求】 - Experience in B2B operations, enterprise customer operations, leasing, automotive, fleet operations, sales operations, delivery operations or customer support. - Good understanding of operational processes across delivery, leasing, payments, finance, service, documentation or after-sales. - Ability to quickly understand, prioritize and resolve operational issues in a structured way. - Strong communication skills with internal teams, external partners and business customers. - Ability to build professional relationships with leasing companies, fleet customers and corporate accounts. - Structured, detail-oriented and proactive working style with strong follow-through. - Ability to manage multiple topics in parallel and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment. - Experience defining, documenting or improving operational processes is an advantage. - Fluent German and good English skills.
