Head of Commercial Operations

Responsibilities: • Define and continuously improve the end-to-end commercial operations framework supporting the customer purchase journey. • Establish operational processes, controls and governance standards covering orders, payments, financing, trade-ins, pricing execution and customer escalations. • Lead the design and implementation of scalable operational workflows that support growth across direct, agency and distributor markets. • Own operational readiness for new markets, products, services and customer journey initiatives. • Establish exception management, approval and escalation frameworks to ensure effective management of non-standard scenarios. • Ensure operational compliance with regulatory, tax, legal and market-specific requirements across Europe. • Identify operational inefficiencies and lead continuous improvement initiatives that improve customer experience, speed and accuracy. • Partner with functional leaders, market teams and global stakeholders to ensure commercial operations support business objectives and customer expectations. 【任职要求】 What we're looking for: • Proven experience leading commercial operations, sales operations, order management or business operations functions within automotive, retail, e-commerce or other complex operational environments. • Strong understanding of order-to-cash processes, operational controls and customer transaction management. • Experience designing scalable operational frameworks across multiple markets or business units. • Highly analytical with a strong process improvement and automation mindset. • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to align cross-functional teams around common objectives. • Experience building and implementing governance, controls and operational compliance frameworks. • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth and ambiguous environments. • Detail-oriented, execution-focused and passionate about operational excellence and customer experience.
