Legal Manager, Malaysia

1. Provide legal advice and handle legal matters in Malaysia (MY) and Singapore (SG) relating to sales, marketing, aftersales operation, logistic, product compliances, HR, admin and internal support functions. 2. Research and advise on laws and regulations which may impact on Xiaomi MY, SG business. 3. Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of contracts in MY, SG. 4. Review marketing material and retail marketing campaigns in MY, SG. 5. Communicate and liaise with regulatory and/or local authorities in MY, SG. 6. Handle legal disputes and consumer claims, including manage external counsels. 【任职要求】 1. Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited university. 2. Qualified lawyer with at least 4 - 6 years PQE in Malaysia. 3. Good oral and written communication skills, in English and Chinese, cross-cultural skills and interpersonal skills. Experience working with stakeholders across all levels of organization. 4. Strong business acumen and ability to work in an unstructured working environment. 5. Capable to multitask, prioritize and handle tight deadlines. 6. Capable to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
