Tool Design and Development: Define system performance specifications based on customer requirements, ensuring alignment with industry and operational needs. Conceptualize and design innovative optical inspection (AOI) tools, incorporating illumination systems, imaging optics, detectors, and motion stages to meet advanced defect detection sensitivity and resolution requirements in semiconductor wafer inspection applications. Develop system designs focused on achieving high stability, throughput, and reliability. • System Integration and Performance Optimization: Lead system integration and drive projects through the full cycle from prototype to customer-site validation. Coordinate cross-module development across optics, mechanics, electronics, software, and algorithms. Conduct failure analysis, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions for tool malfunctions or performance issues. Identify and implement advanced solutions for image quality improvement, vibration control, thermal management, and system stability. • Product Definition and Collaboration: Collaborate with the R&D and product teams to define future system capabilities based on evolving market and customer needs
