GPM- PECVD

Key Responsibilities: Own and manage product lifecycle of semiconductor CVD equipment, from C&F to development, product release, and obsolescence. Support to prepare product definition/specs (MRS), define options and CES. Project management: Drive resources (including Common Engineering, GMO and MFG team) to complete tasks, monitor R&D parts delivery, and ensure project schedule is on track. Projects include CIP items (Continuous Improvement Process) and new products. Convene design reviews, prepare project schedule, and drive execution of plans. Help Line Manager to coordinate R&D activities and team operation. Support cost reduction project to improve Gross Margin by working together with engineer teams and GMO. R&D quality management system setup, update and implementation, coordinate for ISO audit. Help Line Manager organize formal product release meetings to compile data and requisite documents for Alpha Exit and Beta Exit. Manage release and shipment of CIP items to install base. Key Requirement: ≥3 years’ semiconductor related industry (Semi/FPD/LED/Solar) experience is preferred. Bachelor and above with engineering or technical related degree Ability to handle multi-task, and work across function groups. Excellent business writing skill in English High proficiency in excel modeling, creating presentation materials, oral presentation, project management and analytical skills Product management, program management is preferred Proven ability to communicate effectively with various level of staff Good logical thinking, problem solving skills, self-motivated, and strong ownership
