Process Engineer - Flat Panel Equipment

Main Responsibilities 1. Design, execute and document experiments on PECVD process development; 2. Conduct simulation and experiment for key PECVD process parameters，establish film quality characteristic database; 3. Work closely with Mechanical team for product design and performance enhancement; 4. Provide innovative process solutions to address critical process issue ; 5. Write SOP and training manuals, and conduct training sessions for clients; 6. Generate IP and produce technical papers on process, equipment; 7. Execute the other tasks assigned by leader. Key Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in semiconductor, materials, physics, chemistry, etc.; 2. At least 5 years work experience in display PECVD, OLED BP PECVD process experience is preferred; 3. Capable of independently designing experimental plans and conducting process tuning of PECVD equipment; 4. Possessing the capability to conduct DOE experimental analysis and using software such as JMP or Minitab; 5. Positive work attitude and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
