Principal MTS of Etch Process - Flat Panel Equipment

Main Responsibilities 1. Participate in ETCH tool design with process and application expertise inputs; 2. Manage the ETCH process team for future field process support; 3. Manage lab R&D Etch tool process development and performance improvement; 4. Provide innovative process solutions to address critical process issue ; 5. Create SOP and training manuals, and conduct training sessions for clients; 6. Generate IP and produce technical papers on process & equipment; Key Requirements: 1. Over 10 years’ hand-on Etch process experiences in FPD industry fab or equipment vendor 2. Understand FPD technology roadmap and new adjacent application trend 3. Strong project and people management skill, responsible to buildup etch process engineer team
