Process Engineer-ICP

Responsibilities: 1. Leads & organizes professional process engineering research, development, and evaluation in support of the company’s complex semiconductor capital equipment and systems. 2. Conceives and plans projects involving definition and selection of new concepts and approaches in the processing or development of new processes. 3. Researches about the semiconductor roadmap, process flow, process requirement & challenge; capable to lead leading-edge process development 4. Conducts gap assessments and cross-functionally finds solution to expand company’s technical solution. 5. Drives the adoption of new technology at the customer site. Works closely with customer to demonstrate and introduce new technologies at customer sites through demos, onsite evaluations, and new tool qualifications. 6. Actively addresses any potential issues at the customer site and provide alternative solutions. Drives implementation of new solutions for the customer. 7. Act as leader role for colleagues with less experience, lead projects with manageable risks and resource requirements Requirements: 8+ years of semiconductor industry experiences, extensive experiences and knowledge on etch equipments: Leading edge process R&D experience is desired M. S. and Ph. D in Chemistry, physics or Material sciences.
