Process Engineer - PECVD

Key Responsibilities： Design, execute and document experiments on CVD process development Perform troubleshooting and provide solutions to various complex process engineering problems Plan, execute characterizations on the CVD processes and interpret results Write and present project updates Collaborate closely with cross-functional team for product design and performance enhancement Provide innovative process solutions to address critical problems in semiconductor processing technologies Create documents and manuals for training and conduct training in hands-on or classroom settings Generate IP and produce technical papers on process, equipment, and device integration Conduct engineering research and implement new technology on next generation product development with limited supervision Requirements: Ph. D in chemistry, physics or Material sciences. 2 years+ CVD working experience. Master degree in chemistry, physics or material science. 5 years+ CVD working experience.
