Mechanical Engineer- Motion Stage Control

Key responsibilities 主要职责： 1. Responsible for performance tuning, maintenance, and performance enhancement of the XY motion platform. Key requirement 资历要求 Educational Requirements: Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience. Work Experience: Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years or more; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years or more; Doctor's Degree and related work experience of 2 years or more; Project Experience Requirements: Experience in tuning the high-precision motion stages Must have: *Proficiency in motion control principles *Mechanical vibration analysis *Mechanical structure design *Modal analysis and testing *Heat transfer analysis and simulation Nice to have: *Design experience of X,Y sub-micron positioning stages *Experience in high vacuum design *Experience with high-voltage DC systems (>10kV) *Experience in semiconductor equipment *Experience with XY motion stages *Knowledge of magnetic fields and capability to perform magnetic field simulation analysis *Familiarity with ACS control systems Soft Skills: Good English reading and writing skills, able to comprehend technical literature and write reports Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams
