Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc. • Provide an outstanding candidate experience, from initial introduction to pre-onboarding • Be a true Talent Partner to your respective business line(s) - not just execute, but consult, advice, coach, etc. Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process. • Evaluate candidate fit by engaging both technical and behavioral interviewing technique to identify exceptional ability. • Drive or take part in various HR projects and initiatives including campus hiring, talent mapping, etc. • Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners Key Requirements: 5 years of recrutiment experience, search firm experince is welcomed; Good talent sourcing skills ; Good learning agility and business acumen; Good communication skills Good English skills in wrriten and reading.
