Electrical Staff Engineer(AC/DC)

Key responsibilities 主要职责： 1. Design AC/DC distribution and control system of semiconductor equipment. 2. Draw block diagram, schematic, components layout, wiring diagram and other electrical drawings, and prepare BOM, SOP, equipment manual and other design documents. 3. Design and verification both of hardware and software system, OEM parts selection for both of hardware and control system plus cost analysis. 4. Find out the technical problems during the installation; testing, provide field technical support. Key requirement 资历要求 : 1. Master Degree or above in Automation, Electric Drive, Electrical Engineering and /or related subjects. 2. Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in relevatn area. SEMI Industry expreience will be a plus. 3. Excenllent knowledge in Automationm, Physics, Electric Drive and Power electrics. 4. Solid electrical theoretical foundation; familiar with AC/DC distribution system (below 1000VAC) including design calculation method; familiar with electrical protection function design; familiar with electrical component characteristic and selection such as breaker、fuse、contactor、relay、SCR、SSR、PowerSupply; familiar with national standards of AC/DC distribution such as IEC、UL, SEMI standard is preferred. 5. Experience in power distribution protection simulation, proficient in ETAP/PSCAD/MATLAB, able to independently conduct fault simulation, short-circuit calculation, and protection coordination simulation to optimize settings and ensure protection reliability. 6. Know well min one design tool; like E-Plan; Elecworks etc. 7. Good at practical ability. 8. Be mature and self-disciplined with ability to work independently and under stress. 9. Ability to coordinate activities amongst various parties. 10. Good communication and interpersonal skills. 11. Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
